- Assess and analyze competitors' information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
- Maintain a constantly expanding database of leads/prospects
- Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emails, to develop leads/referrals and generate interest
- Promptly follow up on potential customers' queries and furnish additional products/services information/solutions that is insightful to generate sales
- Identify customers' challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
- Well equipped with product knowledge to upsell to customers with compatible products/services
- Proactively follow up and maintain rapport with prospects and identify possible new sales opportunities
- Partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
- Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up.
- Render sales support such as preparing sales presentation, proposals, quotation and sales agreement, invoices, etc.
- Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written communication skills
- Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
