Focus of the role


As a Business Analyst, you are an important contributor to analysing business problems and recommending solutions which drive data decision making within our organisation.

You use your analytical skills and experience to contribute to specialist analysis which leverage a variety of analytical tools to draw critical insights which drive commercial outcomes.


This Business Analyst role will support the design and development of digital capabilities and digitization program, including supporting product roll out to business that has been identified in the roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, refine and document aligned business processes
  • Planning and monitoring risks, issues and resolution management
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Participating in sprints, scrum ceremonies and user stories
  • Process and other Project related documentation including but not limited to:
  • KPIs
  • Escalation Management
  • Workflow Management and Customer Journey mapping
  • Overflow Management
  • Performance Management
  • Ongoing Training and Development
  • Technical Guide
  • P2O, O2A,T2R,U2C E2E Process and Work Instructions
  • Lead, track and obtain E2E Agreement to Operate endorsement from E2E Business Owners
  • Support Impact Analysis, UAT / Enactments and related documentations including but not limited to:
  • Gathering of business requirements
  • Capturing Operation Process documents and Work Instructions
  • Enactment of Test Cases
  • Lead and Manage UAT/ Enactment Execution
  • Test Summary Report
  • Support Reviews, remediation signed off by required stakeholders

Who we look for:

ESSENTIAL:

  • A minimum of 23 years' experience supporting enduser environment
  • Demonstrated experience in creating a detailed business analysis, designing endtoend business processes, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business
  • Demonstrated record of successful delivery, able to attain results, drive issues to closure and set high standards of performance
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications and IT Industry trends
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

  • Previous experience in Telstra and knowledge of Telstra Products and Solutions and Digital Customer Journey/ transformation program is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in an Agile environment with experience using JIRA and Confluence
