Description

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general receptionist duties and support such as answering all incoming calls and attend to visitors, monitor trace together.
  • Manage meeting rooms and conference rooms booking and records, order stationary and ensure stationery items are in proper order,
  • Responsible for creating and updating staff door access and vending machine access / administer the tidiness and cleanliness of the office facilities, vending machine and photocopying area.
  • Manage courier services
  • Supervise Office Cleaner
  • Opening of letterbox and dispatch mail to respective staff and departments
  • Assist in organizing Company events and activities
  • Other general HR administration duties

Requirements:


  • Possess Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience general administrative duties.
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice period prefer
