Receptionist - Singapore - PRIMECH A & P PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties and support such as answering all incoming calls and attend to visitors, monitor trace together.
- Manage meeting rooms and conference rooms booking and records, order stationary and ensure stationery items are in proper order,
- Responsible for creating and updating staff door access and vending machine access / administer the tidiness and cleanliness of the office facilities, vending machine and photocopying area.
- Manage courier services
- Supervise Office Cleaner
- Opening of letterbox and dispatch mail to respective staff and departments
- Assist in organizing Company events and activities
- Other general HR administration duties
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience general administrative duties.
- Able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice period prefer
