Description
Responsibilities
- Perform technical support for user's desktops and laptops
- Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers / Network routers & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
- Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT Applications
- Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
- Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
- Monitor and manage backup & restoration of databases, icloud
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Acronis etc
- Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
- Min 2 years handon working experience in enduser support (hardware & software) environment;
- Good team player and enthusiastic
- Selfinitiator on performing tasks
- Resourceful and responsive
- Work independently and multiple tasks
