Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical support for user's desktops and laptops
  • Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers / Network routers & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
  • Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT Applications
  • Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
  • Monitor and manage backup & restoration of databases, icloud
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Acronis etc
  • Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
  • Min 2 years handon working experience in enduser support (hardware & software) environment;
  • Good team player and enthusiastic
  • Selfinitiator on performing tasks
  • Resourceful and responsive
  • Work independently and multiple tasks
