Job Description:
- Ensure a timely monthend closing
- Record accounts receivable transactions and accounts payable transactions into the accounting system accurately on a timely basis.
- Ensure the revenues are recognised
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Maintain and update the payment master listings and ensure the payments are recorded in on daily basis
- Assist with monthend account closing and preparation of monthly accounting schedules and reconciliations
- Manage and monitor account receivables and account payables closely
- Preparation of audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors
- Attend to adhoc assignment as assigned by the superior
