Roles & Responsibilities
As an Asst Manager / Manager (Finance Admin), you have an eye for detail and likes to work with numbers.
You will be part of the dynamic IT team of talented individuals responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, delivery, and support of Technical, Digital & Data services to support agency business functions.
Your role is crucial to provide effective IT procurement, administrative & financial support in line with corporate & agency policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of IT work planning and budget proposals,
- Monitor and track IT budget utilisations,
- Assume the role of Good Receipt Officer to support endtoend management of IT invoices including verification of goods or services received and ensure payments & expenditures are properly processed and updated,
- Ensure procurement of equipment & services is carried out according to NHB procedure,
- Maintenance of administrative records for IT files, including Eregistry, computer systems, office equipment & inventories,
- Provide secretarial support to CIO that includes scheduling of meetings & taking meeting minutes for division level meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative & financial support,
- Basic accounting knowledge or financial management skills,
- Able to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team,
- Experience in ICT procurement & financial background is highly advantageous,
- Able to work independently and manage challenging situations,
- Good organisational, problemsolving and communication skills with an eye for detail and a great listener.
- Familiar with the use of Workday, Xero and industry accounting tools will be an advantage.
