Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day support and administration of Data center servers, Storage, and peripherals

Incident management, Change request fulfilment and resolution to issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot new, existing platforms, including Operating systems, storage devices, server applications and data center networking devices.

Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS and related Server Ops scope.

Perform routine server, storage, and backup maintenance, including updates, patching and upgrades.

Develop, build, maintain proper documentation for all server operation matters.

Implement controls and compliance according to ISO27001 standard.

Familiar with Mitre Attack framework and vulnerability assessment

Collaborate and work with subsidiaries across Asia to fulfil operation workload and ad-hoc projects.

Lead projects as requested by Management.

Voluntarily assist when workload is high for site operation.

Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

Requisite MCSA or MCSE certification

Minimum 5 years or more experience as a System engineer

Preferably with Strong knowledge on SAN, NAS, and backup

ITIL4 Certified will be advantages

Veeam, Dell networker experience preferred.

Experienced with HP and Dell storage, Hyper V as well as familiar with most virtualization environments2

Regional exposure an advantage

Strong knowledge on networking technologies

Good problem-solving and communication skills is preferred.
