Job Scope

  • Support Loyalty Programme Manager to ensure all areas related to CDG Zig loyalty program is wellcoordinated and meticulously executed
  • Manage CDG Zig loyalty programme to achieve company objectives
  • Assist to develop, execute and manage effective loyalty campaigns to build and maintain strong loyalty and achieve group's KPIs (e.g acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation etc)
  • Evaluate loyalty programme performance and optimize member acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Develop and manage the loyalty programme calendar and drive the execution of campaigns and/or initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support analysis and reporting work for loyalty programme and related campaign postmortems, metrics and achievements.
  • Support and manage endtoend 3rd party marketing partner relationships, including but not limited to project management, contract negotiation, and execution
  • Work with Customer Contact team to build positive consumer experiences and loyalty among Customer base.
  • Perform daytoday operational, admin and system support, such as maintenance of contents in rewards catalogue
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Possess at least 13 years experience in either marketing, business development or loyalty programme management
  • Prior experience with loyalty programmes management or support will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
