Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email and paid advertising

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies to build and engage our online community
Curate compelling content for our various social media platforms

SEO and Content Marketing

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings

Email Marketing

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns
Work on growing and maintaining our email subscriber list

Website Management

Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of Vwalla's website
Implement updates, improvements and optimisations to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives

Analytics and Reporting

Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all online marketing campaigns
Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Education

Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or equivalent

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in with strong and deep digital marketing experience in strategic planning to implementing of digital campaigns and proven successful track record
Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, Social Media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, etc.) and email marketing best practises.
Strong with Google Analytics and tracking capabilities
Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel, A/B testing and direct-to-consumer customer acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and quantitative skills to craft actionable insights
Good organisation and project management skills
