The Director People Culture plays a pivotal role in supporting the key priorities of the People Culture function within the ASEAN South Pacific Operating Unit ASP. Operating as a strategic business partner this role focuses on providing targeted P&C support to functions and/or geographies The Director will also lead the execution of selected projects from the Annual Business Plan and P&C strategic priorities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Working closely with the VP People Culture as well as other P&C leaders this position will drive initiatives that balance strategic priorities with effective project delivery and stakeholder support contributing to a cohesive and engaging employee experience across the organization Based in Singapore this individual contributor role will partner strongly with the Vice President Franchise Growth for Vietnam Base Markets Singapore Malaysia Myanmar Laos Cambodia in ensuring the end-to-end Talent Learning and Rewards global processes in these markets Critically he/she will co-create and implement people strategies practices in line with key business priorities Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering Serve as a strategic business partner to functions/geographies providing support on workforce planning employee engagement organizational design aligned with business objectives Lead ABP Initiatives Lead planning delivery measurement of projects from P&C Annual Business Plan ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Manage multi-functional programs coordinate cross-regional teams deliver measurable results Champion execute enterprise-wide initiatives client groups ensure seamless integration Guidance Coaching Act trusted advisor offering insights guidance people strategies align short-term long-term goals Partner leaders implement initiatives strengthen leadership capabilities improve team dynamics develop workforce skills Effectively influence stakeholders internal external parties concerning policies procedures practices Communicate regularly senior executives customers vendors Champion Company Culture Support alignment organizational values by driving culture-shaping efforts client groups Engage leaders reinforcing behaviors foster inclusion collaboration employee well-being Change Management Enable build readiness organize change by planning delivering tailored solutions Provide tools strategies manage transitions effectively ensure teams prepared transformation Talent Management Collaborate COEs implement regional global leading integrate best practice consistency ensures initiatives Key Qualifications Experience Bachelor Degree above Minimum 10 years Human Resource Management Organizational Development similar fields multinational organization Strong operational capabilities demonstrated success delivering partnering projects Demonstrated ability manage diverse multiple stakeholders matrix multicultural environment Experience human capital processes including talent management organizational design change leadership development Solid project management skills managing
