JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

Man the concierge counter and handle all enquiries
Provide concierge services to building tenants
Handle visitor registration via Visitor Management System
Assist VIPs visit and administers Welcome Service
Handle loan of umbrellas
Ensure main lobby is clean and tidy
Daily check of turnstiles and passenger lifts
Provide SISTIC booking services
Support A&P activities of the building
Cover Helpdesk in receiving and logging in tenant feedback into tenant portal
Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when needed
