- Provide full spectrum of support to the ladyboss
- Involve in the children's learning plans and school work, includes coaching to complete the daily tasks
- Be the main point of contact for the children's school and classes
- Pick up the children to/ from school or learning centres
- Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children's activities and overseas travel arrangements if require
- Coordinate with landlord and/or workers for home repairs if required
- Receive packages and deliveries
- Oversee domestic helpers (purchase their food, assign work to helpers, manage payroll and rest days)
- Assist parents in home-school communication, handle school emails, complete tasks assigned by the school to parents, choose extracurricular classes, effect feedback and teacher communication, translation, etc.
- Treat all children with dignity and respect and allow for individual differences.
- Provide an atmosphere of acceptance and caring for each child and show as much individual attention as possible to each child.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the programme policies, health and safety regulations and emergency procedures and be ready to implement these if necessary.
- 3 children, 2 nannies, 1 domestic helper
- This position is more on Family Bulter
- Working hours is flexible and discussable, ideally 9:30am - 4:30pm
- Provide 3 meals per day
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the industry
- Must be comfortable with technology (phone and computer in case something has to be printed)
- Computer literacy required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Passion and patience to work with children
