Finance & Admin Manager - Singapore - RUSH LOGISTICS & SERVICES PTE. LTD.
Description
Issue statements of account to customers.- Perform AP/AR function.
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing/payment.
- Send reminders and contact clients for followup on payments.
- Coordinate and work closely with Operations team on logístical matters.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Filing and updating of data.
- Tracking budget expense and monitoring company's costs.
- Responsible for procurement approval for all admin related expense.
- Work closely with vendors/clients to achieve deliverables and cost objectives.
- Review and evaluate vendor quotation/bid based on cost/benefit analysis.
- Strong collaboration with vendors/client's Finance & Procurement teams.
- Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.
- Counting and processing of monthly staff payroll.
- Process staff claims, and other tax related filings
- Prepare CPF contribution reports, and handle refunds if any
- Handle employees' enquiries, if any Any other administrative duties
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting
- At least 2 years of working experience in Business Admin/Finance Management
- Knowledge and experience in using SAP Accounting System, would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to details and highly meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point)
- Able to work in fast paced environment/can work independently
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Fast learner
