    Roles & Responsibilities

    Spotify is looking for a passionate and expert Content Marketing Manager to oversee our Thailand region. This person is to drive the strategy, production and distribution of always-on content through Spotify paid and owned channels and help build local marketing programs.

    This role will be based in Singapore.

    At Spotify, our mission is to provide the world's best platform for artists, audio creators and fans. The team at Spotify is responsible for driving innovative local content initiatives, including developing relationships with artists and labels, partnering with podcast and video creators, and understanding how users discover and consume content.

    In this role you'll develop creative concepts and provide coordination, support, and leadership to help external partners generate outstanding online and social media content for our Thai audiences.

    The ideal candidate for this role is a creative hybrid with a strong social media background and experience in driving content initiatives forward from ideation to creation and distribution. Most importantly, you like to have fun at work and have a desire to make a positive impact for music fans and audio listeners in Thailand.

    What you'll do:

    • Help make Spotify the go-to destination for music fans and audio listeners in Thailand.
    • Lead content marketing initiatives in Thailand, including social media, artists and podcast releases, snackable content productions, and editorial partnerships content promotions.
    • Your strong expertise, understanding, and instincts for culture and trends will help develop, create, and produce best-in-class marketing content across the region.
    • Manage a social media presence that people look forward to hearing from and engaging with.
    • Drive regional always-on content marketing programs.
    • Work closely with cross-functional Spotify teams locally and across the globe.
    • Work closely and manage external partners (creative, media, and social agencies)

    Who you are:

    • A minimum of 5-8+ years experience in content marketing (including social media) across strategy and creative in Thailand
    • Has experience working for brands, especially in music or entertainment industry in the local Thai market
    • Confident in planning and crafting strategies for social media and content marketing campaigns with the extension across other media platforms
    • Planning and distributing strategies for social media has been an integral part of your previous work history
    • Broader marketing experience across all marketing & media channels, including influencers is a plus
    • Understand what makes Thailand culture distinct
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in working with ad-tech tools is a plus
    • Expert at establishing relationships with internal and external collaborators
    • You are a self-learner, become comfortable with constantly evolving environments and challenging goals
    • You are well organised, and dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver and pay outstanding attention to detail
    • You are adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set goals
    • You are creative and always on the pulse of culture especially social media trends and tech innovations
    • Familiarity with Spotify as a user and fan is a requirement
    • Due to the requirements of the role, you should be a native Thai with a deep understanding of local culture
