    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
    • Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
    • Preparation of monthly billing reports
    • Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the banks and / or card stock take with the banks
    • Attend project meetings with the banks
    • Participate in negotiation discussions with the banks
    • Management of card inventory in production
    • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work

    Requirements

    · Min. Diploma qualification

    · Field of Study: Not applicable

    · Skills: Microsoft Excel and Word

    · Comfortable working in production setting (No camera phone allowed)

    Working location: East area
