    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Assist and be a reliable support for the office Manager with office matters.
    • Assist with Director for the local and oversea expenses preparation, and submission to Account Department.
    • Manage and arrange the outlet stationery and appliance collection.
    • Coordinate and provide support with supplier delivery.
    • Coordinate and contact with local and oversea supplier when necessary, exp request quotation, sample etc.
    • Liaise with printing designer for the artworks align with company branding and marketing strategy, prepare for Managing Director / Manager approve.
    • Arrange for quarterly maintenance for restaurant ( La D'Oro & Mizuki)
    • Handle incoming and outgoing e-mails, postage, parcels, couriers.
    • Assist in pantry, office, stationery supplies orders and name cards requisitions.
    • Office floor facilities coordinator
    • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
    • Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, and procedures.
    • Checking and filter resume daily, select the suitable candidate of the position and send to Managing Director / General Manager and Chef Owner to review.
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
    • Update and manage employee records.
    • Assist payroll / Account department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, attendance and work schedules).
    • Arranging body checkup and all necessary procedure for pass worker
    • Assist to maintain individual staff, record in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Searching, contacting and arrange accommodation for oversea new join chef / staff, contact with agency / owner for viewing purpose.
    • Manage the work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP/DP) and status including monitor of the expiry dates, and cancellation
    • Apply and renewal of all restaurant necessary license
    • Prepare monthly sales report to Managing Director
    • To manage Director's confidential documents
