Company Description

Vizzio Technologies Pte Ltd is a leading company based in Singapore that specializes in mapping and modeling cities into high fidelity 3D models. Using an AI automated pipeline, Vizzio generates dimensionally accurate and geo-specific parametric and 3D digital twins from satellite and street images, videos, and point clouds. With 89 3D cities mapped to date, covering over 29.4 million square kilometers of land area, Vizzio aims to create a digital twin of the entire planet Earth for various applications such as simulation, visualization, urban planning, smart city initiatives, and security & defense.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Vizzio Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks and activities of various projects. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
Allocate resources and ensure resource availability and allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in IT software industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software/tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
