Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing new M&E projects for the company, hire necessary people and execute.
Propose M&E projects/business plan to the board of directors and obtain necessary budget/investment approval.
Lead all M&E related aspects of works and liaise with clients and M&E teams as necessary to facilitate contract requirements.
Provide the planning input for the M&E works.
Initiate and manage schedule for M&E subcontracts and designs.
Assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
Responsible for the as-built documents and drawings, for the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, the snagging and snagging reports.
Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team and to carry out inspections on site to ensure that the M&E works carried out by the builder to meet the desired quality/workmanship and are completed on time and within budget.
Manage external/outsourced resources (consultants and site supervisory staff) to execute the projects.
Ensure that contractors carry out works in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks.
Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.

Requirements:
