Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for evaluating structural concept and details of individual projects submitted by QP and carrying out independent analysis and checking to ensure safety and compliance with BCA and relevant authorities requirements
  • Daytoday handling and managing of AC projects, including detailed analysis & checking, production of design reports and project correspondence
  • Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to the Business Unit Manager
  • Managing project deliverables visualization design reports, progress reports and presentations
  • To liaise with QP in all project related issues and representing the company in project, progress meeting and technical meeting
  • To monitor and control sub consultants/vendors (for project) on their deliverables, schedule, quality as well as assessment
  • To assist finance department to certify payment from the subconsultants/vendors timely and claim the receivables from the clients timely according to project payment schedule
  • To assist the Business Unit Manager to enhance group competency by actively participating in implementation & timely updating of design tools/standards/procedures/rules & initiatives by governments authorities

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in detailed design of civil engineering works
  • Familiar with codes of practices, relevant regulations and submission requirements
  • Able to work independently to support the QP
