- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in management of data analysis tools such as SPSS and Qliksense or similar tools.

- Project and/or event management experience is preferred.

Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager of Organisation Excellence include the following duties
(A) Corporate Planning and Strategic Management
Manage and support the planning, co-development and documentation requirements for the following strategic and corporate planning areas:
Annual corporate planning cycle and management events.
Organisational performance data and market analysis and reporting.
Strategic communication and coordination of corporate events.
Organisation-wide Enterprise Risk management.
Evaluation and Impact management.
(B) Transformation and Innovation
Coordinate transformation initiatives to enhance the organisation's performance and growth. Assist in the management of innovation related initiatives such as the co-development of innovation tools, engagement platforms and training guides to sustain innovative practices.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and/or data analysis and management roles.
