- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular delivery updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborating with Global / Regional leaders for planning and anticipating clients future needs
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in solution delivery.
- Provides leadership and direction through on account management of cross functional subordinate managers (i.e. manager of managers)

- Requires a bachelor's degree in addition to 10-years+ broad range of business and technical delivery experience
- Experience with BI and Data warehouse technologies and leading full stack development teams
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and/or ITIL industry best practices and methodologies
- Intimately familiar with the world of corporate real estate (CRE) including portfolio and facilities management functions, businesses, processes, stakeholders, markets, etc.
- Understands real estate technology market: PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc.
