Description
Responsibilities:
- Support production on test in PCBA environment.
- Tester setup, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- PCBA/ product testing guide technicians on debugging of failed units.
- Work with other departments for yield improvement.
- New Product Introduction planning to implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or related Engineering discipline.
- 12 years of relevant experience in the EMS Industry / Contract Manufacturer.
- Experience in the test environment for PCBA industry.
- Good knowledge in tester setup, maintenance and debug.
- Able to communicate with customers' engineers.
- Willing to be stationed at Batam on a rotational basis (once in 2 months).
