Position :
Financial Controller Assistant

Working Hour:
Mon - Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Sat ( 8.30AM PM) (Alternate Saturday)

Location:
Keppel Road

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing monthly management reports.
Improve internal accounting control, systems and processes.
Monitor accounting and related systems for accuracy & completeness
Preparation of monthly journals and audit schedules.
Fixed assets management and conduct annual fixed assets verification exercise.
Review of monthly bank and AR/AP reconciliations.
Prepare for yearly budget and forecast.
Perform credit review for customers.
Liaising with banker, auditor, tax agent, insurance agent as and when required.
Others - other ad-hoc as and when requested Job specifications

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy

Minimum 2 years relevant experience (preferable audit experience)

Meticulous, with an eye for details, analytical, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong supervisory skills, able to deliver quality work within tight reporting timelines

Full sets of Accounting experience is a MUST

Salary:
$4, $4,500.00 per month
