The Role

As a
Manager - Project at our
Singapore location, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, optimize operations, and champion portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Solutioning and writing of Business Requirements Statements
Customer Facing, Leader SME
Accountable (Partners with) for the relationships with the APAC Head PMO
Accountable for the delivery of all Customer projects across APAC
Responsible for the portfolio management and prioritization of projects
Responsible for the Management of assigned projects
Responsible to Project tracking to agreed deliverables, with timely and accurate reporting.
Responsible for PMO Engagement across APAC and with the customer.
Responsible for CLDM /Implement and compliant to customer Project Methodology
Responsible to manage / report business and project risk, with proposed mitigations.

Skills & Experience

Solution design (from a business perspective) and the writing of Business Requirement
Statements to instruct IT on required changes.
Project management
Plan and manage the implementation of new business projects.
Monitor and track progress.
Define and control scope.
Identify and manage risk.
Allocate and monitor work packages.
Develop track and control budgets.
Document and implement project controls.
Develop and build project teams.
Develop and build virtual teams.
Manage implementation golive. Lead project meetings.
Lead and/ or facilitate requirements workshops
Coach and facilitate work stream leaders meetings.
Report project progress.
Escalate issues.
Manage change requests.
Work collaboratively with senior management on issues that arise during implementation.
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Effective communication and presentation
Work well under pressure, and able to handle internal and customer demands effectively
Analytical and logical approach
Good and positive attitude
Team player
Flexible to travel for business trips
Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools

What's Next?

Experience & Qualifications

6 years project management or equivalent
3 years in logistics operations
Selfmotivated
Prince II accreditation preferred
Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects, preferably

- with returns/spares logistics and/or domestic distribution.
