- Operations
- Source for vendors and partners to develop Parxl product and distribution network.
- Negotiate terms with potential partners for best options for Parxl service
- Manage vendors and partners to ensure consistent and high level of performance for Parxl service.
- To be subject matter expert on export and/or last mile delivery operations and provide advice to stations and the team
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team and vendors/ partners to improve work efficiency
- Develop measurable metrics and to track and review partners' performance and come up with improvement plans
- Contribute and work with Parxl product team to improve operation efficiency and value to customers; (i.e. product solutioning)
- Provide resolution for any exceptions in the operation process; perform review on exceptions handling
- Develop work improvement plans to improve operations process and efficiency and improve operations metrics.
- Manage and coach a team of associates in day to day operations and matters.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience and/or keen understanding of E-commerce logistics industry preferred
- IT savvy
- Self-starter and able to multi-task
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to the challenges faced in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a practical approach to problem solving and process improvement
- Positive energy and attitude
- Team player and able to work effectively in a team
