Drive the overall execution of projects based on project requirements.
Review mechanical and/or electrical system designs, specifications, calculations and other submittals.
Oversee the project assessment phases.
Ensures the mechanical and/or electrical systems designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements.
Lead the tendering processes and is responsible for the projects' costs and budgets.
Manage a team of engineers and ensure continuous performance improvement.
May be expected to perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with the Building Control Act.
Meticulous and highly detailoriented.
Keen to drive new technologies adoptions.
Expert in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields.
Analytical.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Demonstrates strong leadership in leading project teams and is an effective communicator.
Required to work in office and at project sites.
