Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and endusers to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, providing guidance and support to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct indepth analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Define and document functional and nonfunctional requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve any ambiguities, and ensure accurate implementation.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, providing valuable insights on technical and functional aspects.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate and verify that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a related role.
Experience working in an IT/software development company or in a clientfacing consulting role.
Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on translating user requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
