Description

Conduct Personal Training Foundations alongside Fitness Training Manager to all new joiners in the business. Evaluate the effectiveness of Personal Training Foundation training to ensure the right skill of Personal Training.

Deliver training courses that are high quality and in line with the business requirement to deliver excellent Fitness operational skills.

Support to ensure that courses achieve the gym's training and development standards. Organize materials/equipment needed for each Fitness training session. Upkeep with required administrative duties for training modules - log attendance, update feedback etc. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other educations providers.

Job Requirements:
Valid and internationally accredited (NCCA) Personal Trainer Certification. (MUST HAVE) Minimum 5 years Personal Trainer experience. (MUST HAVE) Passionate about fitness education - specialization certifications are an added bonus. Dedicated, Meticulous and committed and keen to learn. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to take initiative and build.
