    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description & Requirements

    1. Manage all delivery scheduling functions for assigned store (s)
    2. Utilize system information and reports to identify deliverable orders
    3. Contact customer to schedule deliveries for all items that are currently available and in the warehouse
    4. Maintain delivery schedules based on outlined route list
    5. Maximize delivery trucks and routes based on schedules and ensure that delivery goals are met
    6. Run scheduling reports to ensure that the budgeted goal for deliveries is being met
    7. Suggest and participate in developing "special" routes to satisfy out-of-area customer deliveries
    8. Work closely with receiving specialist and inventory specialist on reschedules and product availability
    9. Call customers in advance of the actual delivery with three-hour delivery windows. Perform delivery confirmation telephone calls to customers Co-ordinating within internal department for changes in customers' order
    10. Any ad-hoc admin duties

    Requirements:

    ~ Min 'O' Level.

    ~ Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.

    ~ Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently.

    ~ Responsible & fast learner

    ~ Proficient in MS Office skills (Words & Excel)

    ~ Knowledge in ERP Software will be an added advantage.

    ~ Preferable able to start work immediately.

    NOTE; DAYS AND HOURS OF WORK

    Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 6.00pm and Alternate Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
