Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 8 years of experience in information security, including substantial experience in a leadership or managerial role. This could involve leading security teams, overseeing security operations, or managing security research projects.
Security Operations: Proven experience in security operations, including incident response, threat detection, and mitigation. This involves managing security incidents, coordinating response efforts, and implementing security controls to protect against threats.
Security Research: Extensive experience in security research, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessments. This includes staying updated with the latest security trends, conducting research on emerging threats, and developing strategies to address new security challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with expertise in security technologies, tools, and methodologies. This includes proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), familiarity with security frameworks and protocols, and hands-on experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
Risk Management: Experience in risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk management frameworks. This involves identifying security risks, assessing their potential impact, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and improve the organization's security posture.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and experience ensuring compliance with these regulations. This includes implementing security controls and processes to comply with regulatory standards and participating in audits and assessments.
