Business Development Manager - Singapore - Recruit Expert
Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure the region achieves overall business goals.
Develop joint business plans with distributors and their respective accounts to expand the channel network and enhance performance in the assigned territories.
Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, regulators, pet association, and event organizers.
Maintain awareness of new developments in the industry, especially in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in regional sales and distributors management role
Experience in Infant foods, pet specialty or fast moving consumer goods will be preferred
Profound knowledge in retail and trade operations, category management, margin contributions, and buying practices in Asian markets.
Good experience in managing distributors, key retailers, and vendors
Experience in channel management
Salary:
$6,500 to $7,500
