The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

Be a part of a fast-phased and dynamic commercial environment, working closely with our teams in Operations, Contracts and Trading.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and delopement of best practices to support our marketing and trading strategy

Trade Settlement:The role entails the following tasks and responsibilities:

Daily physical cargo trading settlements and invoicing, performing incoming and outgoing invoicing.
Monthend and Yearend closure and reconciliation, document archiving and updating systems.
Demurrage, Inspection and other cost settlement tasks.
Regulatory reporting with a high focus on financial (SOX) and regulatory compliance.
Provide backup across the dealhandling settlement team.
Participate and contribute to systems and process improvement projects.

Trade Support:

The role entails the following tasks and responsibilities:

Deal entry (term deals, in house deal, storage deals) in trading system
Follow up and updates of deals and strategies in trading system
Internal and external reporting
Reconciliations between systems
Price / price calculation / follow up of pricing on deals
Communication with internal and external counter parties
Financial Compliance
Tender support for crude oil trading

For this position, we are also looking for:

Professional experience from Oil / Finance / Commodity Trading is an added advantage.
Strong Excel base and solid proficiency in O365 tools and preferably knowledge of Power BI and Automation.
Accounting, finance and SOX compliance experience.
A team player, flexible and proactive, with strong collaboration skills,
Analytical mindset, structured and with an ability to focus on details.
Passion for improving the business and how we work.

Ambitious and wish to develop yourself.
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
