- Support the development and implementation of innovative and effective internal and external communications strategies and clear narratives that are tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project and events communication to drive organisational objectives.
- Develop content required for social media engagement and internal communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal communication initiatives and activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including journalists, vendors and sponsors, for smooth implementation of sponsored events.
- Manage collateral related to employer branding to promote Lidl as an employer of choice
- General Degree/Diploma preferably in Communications, Graphic Design or Business
- 3 - 5 years of work experience of which at least 2 years in communications
- Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written. German, Mandarin, Bengali, Vietnamese, to liaise with overseas counterparts is a plus
- Excellent knowledge and good hands-on experience of social media platforms and communications related analytical tools.
- Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
