Description

1. Responsible for the overall strategic management of the company's investment and financing operations

Responsible for establishing and improving the company's investment and financing management system, process, and work specification
Responsible for the business design of the investment and financing plan,

and organize the implementation;

According to the company's business development needs,

formulate a credit fund plan, and combine the bank's project financing

approval management process to reasonably prepare a financing progress

control plan to ensure that credit funds are in place in a timely manner

Responsible for the discovery, maintenance and customer management

of financing channels; Establish and maintain various financing channels,

maintain good cooperative relations with banks, customs, cooperative

agencies or related business departments, and ensure smooth business

progress;

Responsible for communication between the company and financial

institutions, investment institutions and other various financing channels,

looking for financing capital, and planning financing projects;

Responsible for screening and screening investment projects,

conducting due diligence, providing analysis reports, and conducting

risk management;

Responsible for the whole process of analysis, selection,

project approval, risk analysis, implementation and supervision of

investment and financing projects;

Responsible for follow-up monitoring, analysis,

evaluation and management of completed investment

and financing work.

Qualification/Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 8 years of experience in financing, familiar with

relevant policies and regulations in Singapore and China

3. Strong risk control ability, strong communication,

coordination and response capabilities

4. Familiar with the financing process of private enterprises in

financial or non-financial institutions

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, pioneering awareness

and enterprising spirit;
