Global Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting HSBC's clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Manager, Client Services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective client servicing and demonstrable control over the client relationships, including regular updates and reporting to clients
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other offices to deliver Client/Prospects requests/ initiatives, explore process efficiency and client solutions
  • Provide support to new business opportunities and product development discussions with regards to client requirements for their investments
  • Manage all operations related issues of Institutional Business clients
  • Support KYC, client onboarding, transaction monitoring and reviews
  • Provide sales support to the sales team for clients across South East Asia
  • Where there is room for improvement, explore process efficiency and better client solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and procedures, in accordance with best market practice
Requirements

  • Client Services experience in the asset management industry, preferably within the Institutional Business space
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse background and of varying seniority
  • Be independent and resourceful in other words, a selfstarter
  • About 7 to 8 years of working experience
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
