Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely submission of monthly /quarterly accounts with analysis.
Responsible for submission of GST, Budget forecast, tax returns
Monitor, review annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports prepared by accounting staff
Supervise, direct, and review the work performed by accounting staff / subordinate (including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, credit control, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures and compliances
Enhance efficiency of accounting processes
Liaise with auditors and tax agents, secretarial agents, and others

Requirements:

Professional accounting degree, with IT experience preferred
Ability to collaborate and work well as a team member
Meticulous with good analytical skills
Ability to effectively direct supervise, and to work independently, with little supervision
At least 3 5 years' supervisory experience
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers
Hands on experience with accounting software, including advance MS Excel skill
