    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Culture: Applicants must have at least five years of experience managing Korean barbecue restaurants and be able to speak and write Korean. They should be capable of directly liaising with South Korea to import Korean barbecue equipment.
    2. Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
    3. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, food quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
    4. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, addressing guest concerns promptly, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
    5. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
    6. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships.
    7. Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative and profitable menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
    8. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    9. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    10. Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    11. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, such as expansion into new markets or introduction of new concepts, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
