**Guest Relations Officer**The Role Summary
Guest Relations Officer (GRO)will ensure that L45/L46 Executive Conference Suite users, especially external visitors, have a pleasant experience when visiting the premise & using the facilities.
This role is to help improve the Bank's image in terms of customer-service orientation and professionalism.
The primary responsibility of the Guest Relations Officer is to provide an exceptional customer experience and journey within the site and related organizations.
**Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all rooms in the L45/L46 Executive Conference Suite in her assigned area are appropriately set up and ready for use.
- Help improve service standards and ensure standards are followed through diligent checks and proper training of new colleagues.
- Welcome all external guests into the Executive Conference Suite, escort them into the conference room, and conducts the complete welcome routine (which includes drinks ordering and serving).
- Provide information and advice, and make arrangements to use the Client's facilities, travel, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services.
- Handle all Executive Conference Suite user requests, unique arrangements, etc.
- Act as an onsite coordinator between the Executive Conference Suite users and the service team (stewardesses, caterers, security, technicians, cleaners, etc.) and ensure excellent delivery of services requested by users.
- Understand the services and operation of various facilities within the Client's premises.
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently.
