- New Product Development: Test Specification, Test Program and Test Process Buy-off
- Establish Test Solution for New Product with selected Test Core/Probe
- Require handling Test Machine setup, Sample measurement and Pre/Post data processing
- Interface with Design, NPI and Product Engineer teams to create the detailed specification and product test progress updates
- Daily update of the engineering sample status and next action
- Support Line sustainability for engineering sample when issue arise
- Analyze test data to validate test results and troubleshoot test issues
- Support Test Development for special projects aimed at improved manufacturing efficiency
- Require performing 12-Hour rotating shift in 4-3 shift pattern
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in test environment, able to handle test inspection machine and network analyser
- Hands on to trouble shoot when test issue occurs during test development
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Fast learner with good working attitude and can do spirit
- Software experience with Microsoft Excel, ADS, JMP, Agile is desired
