- Participates in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
- Executes purchasing and / or other commodity management activities.
- Manages contracts in accordance with sourcing goals and acceptable service levels.
- Analyses price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.
- Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.
- Researches and consolidates buyer/market profiles to ensure database is administered and kept up to date.
- Degree in Engineering related courses with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in HVAC/manufacturing/electronic & electrical in MNC background is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Familiar with MS Words, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiar with BAAN LN system.
- Able to commit to working hours of different time zone when required.
