Job summary

This is a leadership role that oversees the development of the travel retail channel in APAC and helps brand recruitment across the region.


Responsibilities



  • Drive joint business planning with top customers & top-to-top meetings (BU GM participation for key customers as needed)

  • Be the owner of SBU P&L including co-developing activation calendar with key customers, management of budgets (e.g. TI, marketing, distribution)

  • Partner with global TR team on growing LEGO Travel Stores esp. Route-To-Market considerations, commercial assessment

  • Drive stronger governance of the channel to ensure clarity of execution (e.g. data, in-store photos)

  • Negotiate trading terms with customers periodically
