Job Summary:

They take care of all the technical workload related to cloud hosting and computing.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a cloud support or infrastructure role. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security. Experience with one or more cloud platforms. Microsoft Azure mandatory.

Experience with ticketing system (serviceNow) and monitoring dashboarding (Grafana) Knowledge with Software Factory environments (gitlab, artifactory) Knowledge in Kubernetes administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate would be a plus.
