- Drive and facilitate the End-user marketing activities (reach, engage, and Lead Generation) supporting the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Develop and deliver regional End-User marketing deployment plan
- Align with regional sales director on local focus and targets
- Responsible for marketing performance measurement-reporting
- Support local marketers in effective and efficient deployment
- Support PU (Performance Unit) Marketing with customer insights and best practices
- Drive and facilitate regional value excellence approaches (value based selling)
- Drive feedback-loops from sales to marketing on best vice versa
- Plan End-user partners development (training, branding etc)
- Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.
- Experience implementing defined processes within Marketing- and Project Management.
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Most likely to have 8 + years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Marketing - and Project Management.
- Great ability to influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Marketing area and Project Management area
