We are looking for a highly motivated individual to contribute towards achieving team objectives and develop in their skills in the:

Regional Training Delivery

  • Manage the overall plan for Academy training in the SAPAC region, supporting business objectives in collaboration with regional leadership and key resources
  • Organize regional trainers and coordinators in efficient execution of both global and regional training
  • Support Global Academy by connecting Academy strategies to regional set up and drive the ways of implementation

Marketing Communication

  • Build a 360 approach to the customers in Korea/ India/ SEA (KIS) to develop communication initiatives increasing lead generation based on Sales input, focusing on online/ digital communications
  • Implement the Marketing Communication activities based on the Getinge strategy in assigned target groups in ICU, Cardiovascular, Digital Health, OR, Sterile Reprocessing, and Life Science in the KIS region
  • Ensure adaptation/ localization of the global marketing communication messages to the KIS market needs
  • Monitor and control effectiveness and efficiency of marketing communications messages and continuously improve

Duties and Responsibilities
Regional Training Delivery (South Asia Pacific - SAPAC)

  • Annually conduct needs assessment on product, skills, and regulatoy training
  • Analysis is based on input of sales and functional leadership conducted during oneonone's, through LMS reports and through utilization of surveys with key stakeholders and trainers
  • Develop and manage the overall regional training plan, confirmed with stakeholder for quarterly or longer time periods. Responsible for the execution of planned training programs in the region conducted by local trainers and coordinators
  • Create and maintain a regional trainer and coordinator community to optimize training delivery, collaboration, and selfsufficiency
  • Drive an effective setup and use of regional training centers/ hubs to ensure the region can deliver training independently
  • Roll out global processess & procedures, tools & platforms and ensure they are followed and used regionally
  • Responsible for localzation of training content (translation and implementation) working with Academy elearning and translation partners
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient collaboration between regional trainers and training coordinator
  • Obtain a connection between the different countries in the region to manage and meet the various demands
  • Together with the RTDMteam look for ways of collaboration in sharing trainers, training equipment and facilities between regions
  • Partner with management in the region (Sales, Service, HR, QRC, Finance, etc.), for training related matters
  • Create and analyze report to meet training data requests, comply with regulatory requirements and support management with clarity on the status of people development in the region
  • Represent regional needs when selecting new global tools and platforms
  • Together with the regional trainers contribute to the continuous improvvement of global programs by forwarding local feedback to the Academy CoEs
  • Act as the LMS manager for external in need for certification training. Collaborate with the responsible Getinge manager on distributor certification decisions and cost agreements
Marketing Communications (Korea, India, South East Asia)

  • Proactively support the KIS Sales teams with Marketing Communication activities to drive sales
  • Ownership of regional marketing communication launch plan for brand comm, product launches and campaigns working as a functional projectbased organization
  • Create regional content to drive value marketing communication based on the value propositions
  • Develop, manage, optimise appropriate content for websites, landing pages and social media including contribution to the editorial plan
  • Define target group, communication objectives and detail target markets by working collaboratively with KIS sales
  • Secure input for internal engagement activities in collaboration with Corporate Comm (e.g. Intranet posts)
  • Responsibility to plan, execute, control local events and congresses based on global guidelines
  • Designing and delivering marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines including presentations, brochures, banners, packaging, internal collateral, and exhibitionrelated products
