- Gather business requirements for automating bank internal operations processes.
- Provide technical solutions for automating bank operation processes.
- Review application and architecture designs for Power Apps, Business Intelligence (BI), and UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Ensure adherence to prevailing security policies, development guidelines, and operating processes.
- Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post go-live support of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to explore technical solutions to achieve both technical objectives and business requirements.
- Understand various in-house systems (such as Japan Head-Office, regional, and country local systems) and propose solutions for specific projects, leading the initiatives.
