Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on Decision Management Solutions (DMS) within the retail banking sector.

Mandatory Skill-set:

Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science;
At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking domain;
Experience in translating high-level requirements into detailed documentation;
Ability to envision and design end to end business processes keeping an eye on the details;
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation;
Ability to communicate and clarify requirements with developers;
Proficient in SQL/SAS;
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skill-set:

Working knowledge on Experian.

Responsibilities:

Gather, collate, and analyze requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements;
Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes;
Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address business requirements;
Define detailed business processes and coordinate with various stakeholders to get detailed requirements, and ensure that they are met through proposed solution;
Analyze and decompose complex requirements;
Ability to analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement;
Plan, schedule, and execute deliverable objectives from initiation till successful implementation within agreed timelines;
Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test IT deliverables;
Consult Solution Architect or System Analyst for technical requirements.
