We offer an Internship Program for a period of 20-weeks

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate to join our commercial teams in Singapore. This will be a 20-weeks internship program starting from 31 July 2023 to 15 December 2023.

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide a 20-week internship experience for currently enrolled electrical engineering and computer science students, with student working side-by-side with in-house engineers to deepen the intern's skills while also providing the Company with valuable advice and project work on specifically curated automation related matters, both domestic and international.

JOB DUTIES:

Responsibilities of the intern are across functional lines with individuals assigned in new program development and/or maintenance of existing mobile, WEB, Cloud, server, personal computer, mainframe, and/or distributed computing systems.
The intern may be assigned a combination of responsibilities in programming, project management, and development assignments.
Strong understanding and/or experience in some of the following will have an added advantage.
PLC programming languages
Siemens PLCs
Network structuring and architecture (Ethernet)
TCP/IP protocol
Python would be a plus
MS Project would be a plus

INTERNSHIP BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Good human relations and networking skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
Must be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement for duration of the internship.
Must be proactive when looking for solutions, to be autonomous, very structured, and methodical. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
