Description
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Dept in carrying out day to day administrative duties.
- Tracking & monitoring approved stocks to ensure deliveries are duly arranged.
- Ensuring sales quotes are duly processed into Sales order and in accordance with the policy and procedure.
- Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations.
- Ensure proper documentation, records and filling.
- Coordinate and work closely with Sales Dept and Purchasing Dept.
- Handle general administration duties.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Obtained at least a Diploma in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, detailoriented and employs a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- The ability to multitask, works in a fastpaced environment, and meets deadlines.
- Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.
- Knowledge of MS office & proficient in Excel.
- Must be willing to learn.
