    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop service sales in the designated territory.
    • Lead and supervise the local Technology Service team and After Sales service operations.
    • Coordinate and manage tasks and resource allocation for the local service team, including projects and services.
    • Collaborate closely with the market area sales team, as well as other local and global Services business lines and Business units.
    • Contribute to the development of Service Strategy and execute appropriate long-term strategies.
    • Provide reports on service activities to the line manager and present them during global service team meetings.
    • Identify and execute business opportunities such as sales and service agreements, spare parts agreements, and digital service agreements.
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers to maximize the entire life cycle of Raute equipment.
    • Manage operational developments and the supply chain for the Service business.
    • Proactively identify spare parts needs for customers and support in preparing quotations.
    • Assist Project Managers with project executions.
    • Deliver efficient customer service and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
    • Follow up on customer satisfaction regarding all services, evaluate feedback, and report findings to HQ.
    • Perform any other assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, After Sales Service, or Business Development, or possess relevant experience.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in global supply chain management or Service Business management.
    • Mechanical engineering experience, particularly in plywood or wood processing industries, is advantageous.
    • Demonstrate a structured approach, be data-driven, and pay keen attention to detail.
    • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Be sales-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
    • Adapt to fast-changing environments, manage pressure, and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, D365 (ERP), AutoCAD, or similar design applications.
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, teamwork, integrity, and respect.
    • Ability to manage both individual work and teams at customer sites.
    • Display an interest in cross-training and expanding skills.
    • Willingness to travel to mills in the region and globally as required.
