Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, which includes conducting orientation sessions and coordinating the necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, travel arrangement, and facilities management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
